For non-defective product returns under our voluntary return policy, the customer bears the return shipping costs, and original shipping costs are not refunded.

For returns under the cooling-off period for distance selling, we will refund the basic delivery cost of sending the product to you (excluding any expedited delivery charges you may have chosen).
